Ely Octagon Business Park

Ely Octagon Park is a new exciting development located in the Angel Drove business district in the prosperous and historic Cathedral City of Ely.

The new business park will offer 460,000 sq ft incorporating a trade park, a hotel and pub/restaurant, two storey offices, small industrial units and warehousing on a site extending to 38.9 acres. 

The first phase of the scheme will comprise around 35,000 sq ft of trade counters, 15,000 sq ft of two-storey offices, 20,000 sq ft of industrial space and the hotel and restaurant site.
